1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UGC Ad Maker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
UGC Ad Maker provides software tools leveraging artificial intelligence to generate user-generated content (UGC) scripts, shot lists, and hooks for marketing purposes. Usage is governed by a credit-based subscription model.
3. Subscriptions and Credits
Our service operates on a subscription system (Starter, Pro, Business). Credits are deducted upon generation of ad packs. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the text outputs (hooks, scripts, shot lists) generated by the service based on your inputs. You are free to use these generated assets commercially without restriction.
5. Limitation of Liability
UGC Ad Maker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation resulting from your access to or use of the service or generated content.
